About us
The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) are the professional body supporting housing professionals to create a future in which everyone has a place to call home.

About you

Are you ready to play a central role in influencing the direction of housing policy in Northern Ireland and help to provide everyone with a safe, sustainable and affordable place to call home?

We are seeking a Policy and Public Affairs Manager to join our high-profile team. You will be instrumental in developing new thinking on housing policy, promoting good practice in service delivery, and ensuring our voice is heard across all levels of government and with key stakeholders.

This role requires a proactive and self-starting individual who can thrive in a hybrid working and matrix environment. You will be responsible for balancing independent work with seamless collaboration across our UK-wide teams to deliver on our shared goals. If you have the drive to make a difference and can build strong, evidence-based arguments, we want to hear from you.

If you are a clear thinker with strong analytical skills, are great at juggling priorities, and are keen to make a tangible difference, we'd love to hear from you.
