Key Responsibilities:

Support staff with professional guidance and intervention, identify and manage risks to ensure effective case management, work with partners to assess and meet family needs, monitor performance to drive service improvement, promote services and build partnership networks, and ensure family participation and engagement in service delivery.

Additional Duties:

Develop and deliver a plan to manage all Council-run Family Hub buildings across Sefton. Ensure buildings are maintained to a satisfactory standard and compliant with statutory requirements. Liaise with contractors for repairs and maintenance. Coordinate the use of facilities and ensure they meet service standards. Attend training and contribute to the development of Children's Services. Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance. Manage security, heating, lighting, and regular checks of the premises. Implement a Centre Maintenance Programme for high standards of repair. Perform general porterage, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. Undertake health and safety roles, including fire alarm testing and risk assessments. Ensure cleaning standards are maintained and address any issues.
