  • Shape Policy: Influence local housing strategies with your deep understanding of private sector housing and government policies.
  • Lead Enforcement: Tackle complaints and ensure compliance in the private rented sector.
  • Advise and Support: Be the go-to expert for council members, stakeholders, and the public.
  • Drive Improvement: Manage team workloads and spearhead process enhancements.

Salary range

  • £50,790 - £54,466 per year
