We're looking for two proactive and skilled Project Officers to join our Strategy and Regulation team within Housing Services. Project Officer - (Housing Regulation & Assurance) x1
Following the introduction of the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) Consumer Standards in April 2024 we are on an improvement journey. As part of this journey, we continue to improve the services we deliver to tenants and leaseholders and prepare for a future inspection against the Consumer Standards. This role will work on accelerating our readiness for inspection, strengthening governance, assurance, and co-regulation across the Housing Service.

Project Officer - (Housing Improvement) x1
To support the Housing Transformation Programme, this role will accelerate the review of our housing estate services. The aim is to develop recommendations that deliver greater efficiency, customer satisfaction and feed into the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Planning process for 2027/28.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.

- Improve performance, governance, and assurance frameworks.
- Enhance scrutiny and tenant involvement to meet RSH co-regulatory principles.
- Build evidence libraries, narratives, and stakeholder as part of our governance and assurance approach.
