Overview
Change Grow Live are a charity dedicated to the belief that we can make a difference to our Service Users lives, offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
Our core values are 'Be open, be compassionate and be bold' and our team members apply these daily to achieve our mission of helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Male Engagement Recovery Coordinator for an identified caseload of males. The aim of the post is to work to build real relationships with vulnerable and at-risk men, giving them the support they need to move forward in life. The role will focus on opening doors to better opportunities - improving health and wellbeing, increasing safety, and reducing offending behaviours by working to connect them to the right interventions, whether that's medical treatment or psychological support. By being part of a strong multi-disciplinary team and collaborating with a wide range of partners, you will make sure men get the right help at the right time - support that's joined-up, practical, and life-changing.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
