We are looking for a Recovery Coordinator (Band 5) to join our well-established Drug and Alcohol Services team. This is a key role in delivering structured treatment and recovery support for individuals affected by substance misuse, including those prescribed opioid substitution therapy (OST).
You will hold responsibility for a caseload of clients, ensuring continuity of care from assessment through to treatment and beyond. Working collaboratively with prescribers, mental health teams, partners within STaRS and wider stakeholder and providers, to support and assist clients achieve their recovery goals.
Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including, West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Thurrock, Essex. You will be responsible for holding a caseload of service users and being responsible for offering a range of interventions to those individuals. Supporting service users through their treatment journey from beginning to end. Embracing the concept of recovery and demonstrating this in your clinical work.
