Advance is a specialist supported housing association, committed to delivering high-quality services and developing more homes for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those striving for greater independence.

Covering Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Rutland, with the flexibility of some home working, you'll manage a broad and varied patch of rented and shared ownership properties. • Respond to ASB concerns, neighbour disputes and customer queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Keep accurate tenancy and housing records on our systems and ensure lettings and property standards are met
  • Support customers with welfare benefits, mutual exchanges, and accessing wider services
  • Promote tenant involvement, events and community investment initiatives
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in housing management and knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Confident working with diverse customers, including those with mental or physical disabilities
  • Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use housing databases (Open Housing or similar) and produce clear reports
