  • Physical and mental health experience (both areas can be developed).
  • Desire to work with a complex client group who need support.
  • Compassion and offer trust to our homeless and vulnerably homed clients in Reading and West Berkshire.
  • Ability to 'think on your feet and adapt to the situation'.

  • Registered Nurse
  • Recent experience of working in a primary care setting
  • Health Promotion Experience
Continuous Professional Development

  • Evidence of on-going professional development
Previous Experience

  • Post registration experience
  • Working with minority groups, homeless/mental health/substance misuse settings
  • Computer skills / report writing
  • Knowledge of primary care
  • Chronic disease management experience

  • Audit knowledge
  • Family planning experience
  • Teaching / assessing qualification
