Location: East Anglia (Brandon, Warwickshire, United Kingdom, IP27)
Salary: Competitive (per year) + Work Van

About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our dedicated team in East Anglia. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our organisation and residents, providing support and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resident Engagement:
    • Attend resident surgeries to assist vulnerable individuals in reporting repairs.
    • Keep residents and scheme managers informed of progress on repairs and projects.
  • Event Organisation & Meetings:
    • Organise consultation events and attend meetings as required.
  • Support for Vulnerable Residents:
    • Identify vulnerabilities and liaise with clients' housing officers or support services as needed.
    • Work with the Performance Team to ensure vulnerabilities are accurately recorded in organisational systems.
  • Complaint Resolution:
    • Investigate and register complaints following company and client procedures.
    • Resolve MP and Councillor enquiries efficiently, ensuring residents and clients are informed of outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills & Experience:
    • Experience working with vulnerable residents, with an adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
    • Proven background in a customer service environment.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Full, clean driving license.
    • Flexibility to travel, work at various sites, and attend evening meetings when needed.
