Job Opportunity: Resident Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Engagement:
- Attend resident surgeries to assist vulnerable individuals in reporting repairs.
- Keep residents and scheme managers informed of progress on repairs and projects.
- Event Organisation & Meetings:
- Organise consultation events and attend meetings as required.
- Support for Vulnerable Residents:
- Identify vulnerabilities and liaise with clients' housing officers or support services as needed.
- Work with the Performance Team to ensure vulnerabilities are accurately recorded in organisational systems.
- Complaint Resolution:
- Investigate and register complaints following company and client procedures.
- Resolve MP and Councillor enquiries efficiently, ensuring residents and clients are informed of outcomes.
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with vulnerable residents, with an adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
- Proven background in a customer service environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license.
- Flexibility to travel, work at various sites, and attend evening meetings when needed.
