To support our continued growth we are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at Shepshed near Loughborough.

Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer

Location: East Midlands Region based at Shepshed Office

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week

Position Reports To: Operations Manager / Contract Manager / Site Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As the Resident Liaison Officer, your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to :

  • Being the first point of contact for the residents either face to face or over the telephone
  • Liaising with the residents on a daily basis to ensure they are happy with works being carried out /completed
  • Travelling between multiple sites
  • Organising and carrying out surveys, including liaising with kitchen suppliers/designers
  • Progress reporting and management of KPI's
  • General administration duties as the projects require.(eg manage client portals, progress reports, asbestos management, all appointments etc)
  • Answering the telephone
  • Diary management
  • Office filing
  • Working closely with Contract and Site Management
Person Specification:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, experience, and attributes:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and communicate well to keep all stakeholders updated
  • Organised
  • Reliable
  • Work well as part of a team
