We're looking to recruit two Resident Liaison Officers to join our existing team in Croydon/Merton and cover the local region.
This is a dynamic role; you'll be dealing with many different types of cases, seeing them through to conclusion and often helping customers who may be vulnerable. Today, you could be ensuring a complaint is resolved, a repair is completed or working with a whole block to support customers whilst services are restored, tomorrow you could be helping with an estate event, arranging a decant, or working with residents who require tailored support.
Our residents are our priority, and we are keen to hear their views and communicate effectively on service promises.
You'll report to the Resident Liaison Manager. The role involves a mix of home, office, and on-site work, as well as resident visits. Applicants must be able to travel across local regions as and when required.
