The Vacancy

WPS are recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to join our newly awarded SHDF Retrofit contract in Oxfordshire. This is a flagship programme delivering energy efficiency upgrades to over 800 properties,

.As an RLO, you'll be the key point of contact for residents throughout the retrofit journey, ensuring clear communication, minimal disruption, and a positive customer experience. You'll work closely with the site team and report into the Project Manager, supporting delivery of PAS2035-compliant works including EWI, roof insulation, windows and doors, solar PV, and air source heat pumps

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main liaison between residents and the site team
  • Schedule appointments and communicate work programmes
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Support the delivery of retrofit works to PAS2035 standards
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to compliance documentation
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in planned works or retrofit projects preferred
  • A driving license is a must due to travel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with social housing environments is a plus
