The role
An excellent opportunity is available for a highly organised, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to further develop their expertise in housing by joining our Complex Projects team as a Resident Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for residents in the delivery of maintenance works and projects. In this role, you will communicate with residents to help shape services and identify requirements, as well as handle and resolve complaints while maintaining a high level of service.
You can be based at one of our main offices: Farringdon, Croydon, Sittingbourne, Maidstone or Hastings. You'll have the option for working in a hybrid way when appropriate and as agreed with your manager.

What you'll need
- Experience of facilitation of resident involvement forums and focus groups.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience of key factors and methods required to sustain, promote, and ensure effective resident involvement, and consultation.
- Experience of providing a customer-focused, high-quality service and managing complaints.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in written reports.
