WPS are looking for two experienced Resident Liaison Officers to support our planned decarbonisation works across social housing sites in the Leamington Spa, Coventry, and Warwickshire areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the delivery of planned works.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between residents, site teams, and project managers.
- Support the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
- Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project updates.
- Social housing retrofit and energy efficiency upgrades
- Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
- Multi-site planned works delivery
- Proven experience as an RLO in planned works, ideally within the social housing sector
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to travel between sites across the region (driving license is a must)
- Understanding of retrofit and decarbonisation processes is highly desirable
