We are currently looking for a proactive and empathetic Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our growing team at Connolly Ltd.
This role will support a retrofit project based in and around the Oldham area, where we are delivering energy efficiency improvements to social housing properties. The RLO will act as the key point of contact between residents and the site team, ensuring clear communication, minimal disruption, and a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

What you will be responsible for...
- Acting as the main liaison between residents and the site team, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Managing resident engagement before, during, and after works, including issuing notices and updates
- Handling queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting vulnerable residents and ensuring their needs are considered throughout the works
- Coordinating access arrangements and appointments to minimise disruption
- Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and project updates
- Attending site meetings and contributing to progress reporting
- Promoting a positive image of Connolly Ltd and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Supporting the delivery team in achieving programme targets and quality standards
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison or customer-facing role within the Social Housing or construction sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- IT literate with experience in using Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
