Resident Liaison Officer - West London (Planned Works)

Location: Kilburn, covering Hammersmith & Fulham
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
WPS is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team on an exciting new planned works project in West London. This role is all about communication, support, and customer care, ensuring residents have a smooth experience throughout the works.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team
Schedule appointments and clearly communicate work programmes
Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in planned works within social housing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (essential for travel across sites)
• Familiarity with social housing environments and tenant engagement
