WPS are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the West Midlands area.
This role will support the delivery of planned works programmes, including:
- Kitchen and Bathroom Stream of Works
- Homes for Modern Living Stream
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with residents, providing clear and timely information about planned works.
- Coordinate appointments and access arrangements for contractors.
- Handle queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support vulnerable residents and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and progress.
- Work closely with site teams to monitor works and ensure high standards of customer care.
- Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role or similar customer-facing position within housing or construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of planned works programmes (kitchens, bathrooms, modern living upgrades) is desirable.
