We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and experienced Resident Liaison Officer with excellent communication and customer service skills. In this role, you will focus on minimizing disruption to residents, gaining access to units, and establishing relationships with all parties to ensure a smooth process during projects. As the main point of contact between the projects team and residents, you will take the lead in resident liaison work.
Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining trusting relationships with residents, ensuring they are kept informed about all planned works, and promptly and professionally addressing any queries.

Main Objectives of the Resident Liaison Officer role:
- Communicate with residents to organise property visits
- Regularly visit residents' homes to conduct property surveys and establish what type of refurbishment work needs to be done
- Be the bridge that minimises disruptions and ensures projects proceed seamlessly, generating resident satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the site team to ensure that the refurbishment work required gets done based on the agreed timelines
- Handle complaints patiently and efficiently
- Keep project trackers updated in line with the program of works
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
- Customer focused mindset
- Generally IT-minded, comfortable with the full Microsoft package
- Problem-solving skills, to allow you to deal with complaints and challenges in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Timekeeping and reliability
- Prioritisation skills and flexibility are required to meet commitments and deadlines
- Organised and excellent administration skills
- First Aid qualification
