- Provide exemplary and holistic care for patients who are homeless or vulnerably housed
- Join a small team of experienced GPs providing assessments and interventions to individuals in a variety of non-traditional settings
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team, to support individual patients and the delivery of the right care, first time
- Develop specialist interests and opportunities in mental health, substance misuse, trauma informed practice and other areas poignant in the care of homeless and vulnerable people
