Hightown Housing Association is seeking a compassionate and proactiveScheme Manager to lead two supported housing services for young people aged 16-24 in Watford. Our services are designed to provide safe, welcoming environments that foster resilience, independence, and positive change for young people.

Key Responsibilities:
- Empowerment and Support : Lead a team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support tailored to individual needs.
- Team Leadership : Manage Youth Support Workers and Night Supervisors, overseeing recruitment, induction, supervision, and development.
- Operational Management : Coordinate rotas, manage budgets, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain service quality.
- Collaboration : Work closely with external agencies, families, and professionals to support young people's aspirations and wellbeing.
- Safeguarding & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, fire safety, and GDPR regulations.
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs, including trauma, youth violence, exploitation, and substance misuse.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and professional boundaries.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and promote independence.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- £33,054 per annum for a 37.5-hour week
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), rising to 35 with service
