Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness? Do you have the leadership skills to inspire a team and create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can rebuild their lives?

At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.
About the Scheme

Our team delivers trauma-informed, person-centred support, helping residents access the services they need - from securing move-on accommodation and claiming benefits, to accessing counselling and specialist support for substance misuse.

What You Will Be Doing

As Scheme Manager, you will:
  • Lead and support a dedicated team
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality support and advice
  • Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
  • Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusion
What We Are Looking For

You will bring:
  • Knowledge of homelessness legislation, housing law, and the Equalities Act
  • Understanding of the complex challenges faced by homeless individuals
  • Experience working in homelessness services
  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong IT and administrative skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
