About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and leading a dedicated team? We're looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our supported housing service at Oxleys Road, a purpose-built scheme of 20 one-bedroom flats designed for individuals living with mental illness.
As Scheme Manager, you'll:
- Lead and inspire a committed staff team
- Review and implement support plans using a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach (PIE)
- Manage change, including the rollout of our new support planning tool, Nourish
- Provide outreach support to individuals in the wider community
- Oversee rota planning, budgets, recruitment, and induction
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with PAMMs inspections
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who:
- Has experience working in mental health services
- Understands best practices in supporting individuals with complex needs including autism, personality disorders, and schizophrenia
- Is confident in multi-agency working and advocating for service users
- Can support staff wellbeing and lead by example
- Is flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
