About the Role

Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and leading a dedicated team? We're looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our supported housing service at Oxleys Road, a purpose-built scheme of 20 one-bedroom flats designed for individuals living with mental illness.

As Scheme Manager, you'll:
  • Lead and inspire a committed staff team
  • Review and implement support plans using a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach (PIE)
  • Manage change, including the rollout of our new support planning tool, Nourish
  • Provide outreach support to individuals in the wider community
  • Oversee rota planning, budgets, recruitment, and induction
  • Ensure high standards of care and compliance with PAMMs inspections
This is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, resilience, and person-centred approach will make a real difference.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who:
  • Has experience working in mental health services
  • Understands best practices in supporting individuals with complex needs including autism, personality disorders, and schizophrenia
  • Is confident in multi-agency working and advocating for service users
  • Can support staff wellbeing and lead by example
  • Is flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
