At Hightown, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our supported housing scheme in Broxbourne, which provides accommodation for up to 20 single homeless individuals.

What You Will Be Doing
As Scheme Manager, you will:
- Lead and support a dedicated team
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality support and advice
- Ensure individuals can access and maintain safe, secure housing
- Promote a positive workplace culture rooted in respect and inclusion
You will bring:
- Understanding of the challenges faced by homeless individuals
- Experience working in homelessness service would be advantageous
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
