What We Are Looking For
- Leadership Excellence:Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, empower, and motivate your team to achieve their best.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, delivering high-quality health or social care to adults with learning disabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills to build respectful and positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.
- Lead and collaborate with a committed team, offering guidance and compassionate support to individuals with learning disabilities.
- Oversee the service rota, ensuring consistent cover for all shifts, including weekends when required.
- Manage recruitment and induction of new staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive working environment where everyone feels valued.
- Be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

In return for your dedication, we offer a generous benefits package, including:
- £33,054 per annum for a 37.5 hour per week contract.
- 33 days annual leave per year (including bank holidays), rising to 35 days with service. (Pro Rata)
