Salary: £26,965.00 - £32,642.00 per annum
Working Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
Week 1:
Mon08:00-20:00, Tues 10:00-20:00, Thurs 08:00-16:00, Sunday 14:00-20:00
Week 2: Mon 09:00-18:00, & Tues, Wed, Thurs 08:00-17:00Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
DBS Level: Enhanced

Role Overview
To manage and coordinate the Intensive Housing Management Worker teamthat carries out H&S checks and facilities management pertaining to thebuilding. As Senior Homeless Project Worker, you will assist the Support Team to provideinformation and advice to service users in order to assist them in establishingand maintaining their tenancy, including:
o Understanding their rights andresponsibilities under their tenancy agreement
o Reporting repairs
o Procedures for reporting andresolving complaints
o financial planning and access tobenefits
o Accessing housing, social care andhealth services

Key Responsibilities:
* To line manage and coordinate a team of 4 + Intensive HousingManagement Workers based in Oxford, ensuring the delivery of high-qualityintensive housing management to all customers. You will oversee the rota,ensuring the correct level of staff are always present to safely manage thebuilding.
* Ensure that tenancy/licence is upheldand that breaches are dealt with according to the warnings and evictions,arrears, anti-social behaviour and harassment policies as relevant.
* Carry out designated Health & Safety checksand facilities management of the building and liaise with internal departmentsas necessary.
* Complete incident and safeguardingreports where necessary and discuss actions with the Team Leader.
* To work in partnership and buildeffective relationships with external agencies and the wider community in orderto ensure delivery of the required support to service users and to promote anddevelop A2D's business aims and objectives.
* To promote user participation byproviding information and advise choices to enable residents to participatemore fully in decisions relating to them. To assist service users in providingfeedback on services through meetings, the complaints procedure, suggestionsand the use of questionnaires and focus groups.

More about you:
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable (or Willing to study towards NVQ Level 2/3)
* Previous experience in a Care,Support, or Housing role
* Experience in facilities managementor health and safety
* Experience understanding ofsafeguarding processes
* Experience of leading and/orcoordinating a team
* Ability to form positiverelationships with colleagues, service users and families
* Understanding of how to assist peoplein obtaining independent living skills
* Ability to work flexibly to cover avariety of tasks and respond to emergencies as appropriate
* Evidence of the ability tocommunicate clearly and concisely, including the ability to listen actively andmatch communication to the needs of the recipient.
* Ability to keep accurate records andfollow administrative procedures and data protection/confidentiality guidelines
* Ability to use IT packages and management information systems
* Driving Licence and use of own transport desirable, but not essential
