The role
As a Senior Housing Officer, you will be responsible for supporting a customer focussed Housing Management service, in line with regulatory standards and performance target.
You will complete ASB case audits within the neighbourhood team and to also have a clear understanding of all safeguarding policies and procedures.
The role will also be assisting with budget setting and Service Charge reviews, and to monitor and manage social impact in the neighbourhood teams.

The role

- Significant experience within a Neighbourhood role is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in delivering high-quality front-line customer facing housing.
- Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to change
- Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet targets and deadlines.
- Experience of effective and positive team working.
- Excellent numeracy, ICT and literacy skills, able to analyse data and write reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.
- Self-motivated and able to use own initiative to find solutions.
- Excellent customer service skills and what it means to be customer focussed.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
