We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to supervise the delivery of a customer-focused Housing Management service within a designated area. Working as part of a team, this role will be responsible for delivering services to customers living within a defined geographical area.
You will lead a small team of Housing Officers, ensuring high standards of tenancy management, customer service, estate management, and performance delivery. The role involves managing complex tenancy breach cases and progressing these cases for legal action.
Working closely with residents, Councillors, partner agencies and community organisations, you will build strong relationships to address local issues, support vulnerable customers, and deliver positive outcomes for communities. You will represent the organisation at multi-agency meetings, contribute to local projects and initiatives, and help identify and deliver priorities that improve services and neighbourhoods.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months' experience within social housing. You will possess excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, and have a good understanding of tenancy management.
