This is your chance to lead an already top quartile performing Rent Team. You will lead a team of dedicated and motivated officers that have maintained an excellent rent collection rate over many years.
We're looking for a Senior Housing Officer to lead one of our Income Recovery & Financial Inclusion teams, of Housing Officers, Assistant Housing Officers, and Financial Inclusion Officers to deliver exceptional results.
You will need a positive, "can do" attitude and commitment to working in a balanced and fair way with a diverse customer base, not only will you maximise income for PCH but empower clients with the tools, support, and knowledge they need to thrive financially and socially. - Will have a positive "can do" attitude and have a proven track record of making customer focused change to improve service
- Has experience in the major culture change and personal involvement in embedding change in teams
- Has a record of meeting challenging income recovery targets within the housing sector
