North Yorkshire Council is looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Housing Strategy Officer to aid the development and delivery of innovative housing strategies that support vibrant, sustainable communities.
About the Role
As a key member of our Housing Strategy and Partnerships Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Council's housing related strategies and action plans. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, including housing associations, developers, and government bodies, to deliver affordable housing schemes, regeneration projects, and policy innovations.

- Ensuring compliance with relevant housing regulations and legislation.
- Working collaboratively internal and external stakeholders, including housing associations and developers.

- Proven experience in housing strategy or policy development.
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation and national housing policy.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.
