We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Senior Tenant Engagement Officer. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with Agile Working.
The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Senior Tenant Engagement Officer, you will create and deliver the retrofit tenant engagement strategy and implement initiatives for retrofit projects, that are compliant with both PAS:2035 requirements and in line with Flagship's policy and regulatory requirements.
You will continuously review and improve the tenant engagement strategy, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver outstanding and effective communications throughout the retrofit journey. You'll lead a team of Tenant Engagement Officers to effectively deliver tenant engagement and reduce tenant refusals. Engaging with tenants throughout the retrofit journey, providing a single point of contact by the tenants' preferred communication methods, acting on feedback and exploring alternative opportunities to continuously improve tenant experience. Seeking to understand and support the needs of vulnerable tenants and effectively implement the required support identified.
You'll help make the case for energy saving technologies, compiling case studies and identifying community champions. Sharing successes using case studies, reports and measures to increase the knowledge of retrofit and sustainability across the business. Whilst collaborating with colleagues about our retrofit projects and how these feed into our Net Zero Strategy.

You'll have both experience and understanding of retrofit and the PAS:2035 standards. Experience in leading people and supporting with managing projects. Whilst being able to work closely with a team to provide support and guidance for success in both their roles and yours.
Educated to A-Level standard and Retrofit Advisor Level 3 qualified. You'll also need a full valid driving license.
