Tenant Liaison Officer We have 1x Permanent, Full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £27,332 a year, rising to £29,805 per year after key competencies of the role are met. Reporting to Senior Tenant Liaison Officer, this role is responsible for being the main point of contact for the customer during any major works that are being conducted at our properties, ensuring our customers are fully informed of progress. By achieving set objectives, the post holder will ensure service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently, supporting the delivery of operational plans The role of Tenant Liaison Officer is a pivotal role within our Assets Team as they act as the first point of contact for the major works improvement team. Working closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and Stakeholders as well as the wider community, you will be expected to build and maintain excellent working relationships while ensuring major works projects are being carried out efficiently and effectively for the business and our Contract Holders. To be successful in the role of Tenant Liaison Officer our new team member will have a minimum level of education (GCSE/Level 3 or equivalent) with some knowledge of the housing or construction industry as well as having skills below: <ul> <li>Have excellent relationship building and communication skills, being able to adapt to a wide portfolio of customers while balancing demands in a reasonable manner.</li> <li>Be customer focused, managing expectations whilst informing and supporting tenants through the programme while balancing the needs of the business and our external contractors.</li> <li>Have experience of dealing with contractor, sub-contractors and providers of construction works, ensuring progress and minimal disruption to our tenants.</li> <li>Be able to think critically looking at all possible outcomes and coming to the best solution for the business, contractor, community and tenant alike.</li> <li>Be self-motivated due to the demanding nature of the role where you are expected to travel throughout the borough often lone working.</li> <li>Have a good standard of ICT literacy. This position has been created to strengthen customer engagement and ensure smooth delivery of repairs works across our housing portfolio. As a Tenant Liaison Coordinator, you'll be the main point of contact for residents, supporting managers, surveyors, and contractors in delivering exceptional asset management services. From managing access for compliance checks to resolving service requests and complaints, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.
