ROLE OF THE JOB
As a Sheltered Scheme Officer you will be part of an innovative team working with customers over the age of 60 living in our sheltered schemes. You will provide excellent customer centered services that focuses on positive outcomes and satisfaction whilst meeting the needs and aspirations of the residents.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a designated sheltered housing scheme area ensuring excellent service delivery through maintaining a high profile within them.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service to older people. We are looking to recruit someone who loves a challenge to join our busy but rewarding team.
The position is based at Augur Place, Alnwick and is Monday to Friday 9am to 12pm.
This is a part time permanent position.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Social Housing or Customer focused based experience
- Valid UK driving license and have use of a vehicle
