Social Worker - Multi-Disciplinary Homeless Support Team (NI236/05/25/1v-1)
Salary: Grade 5 salary scale (5.11 starting point) : £27,786 - £31,325 per annum, plus annual £3,000 social worker allowance (pro rata)
Location: Belfast
Hours: 40 standard hours (including breaks)
Contract Status: Permanent
About the service: We support individuals/ families who have experience of multi-complex needs by completing person-centred assessments, before identifying a realistic and achievable support plan. Therapeutic interventions including recovery support, harm reduction and resilience building are implemented to promote positive change for each service user, alongside orientation with the local community.
