Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a company-wide Asset Management Strategy aligned with long-term goals.
- Oversee lifecycle planning, risk management, and compliance to maximise asset value.
- Lead the adoption of digital tools and data insights for capital planning and performance improvement.
- Build trusted relationships across the organisation to influence asset priorities and drive continuous improvement.
You'll bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership:
- Proven experience in strategic asset management, lifecycle planning, and risk-based maintenance.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems (ideally Maximo) and digital asset management trends.
- Strong skills in capital investment planning and operational delivery.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Institute of Asset Management, engineering, or technical discipline).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.
- Full UK driving licence and eligibility to meet security/residency requirements.
