Harlow Council is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supported Housing Manager to lead our Supported Housing and Day Care Services. You will be responsible for the overall management of services including Telecare emergency alarms and the Leah Manning Day Centre, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual obligations. You'll also lead on safeguarding vulnerable adults, develop housing support policies, and represent the Council at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Supported Housing, Telecare, and Day Care services.
- Develop and implement policies and strategies for housing support for older people.
- Act as the corporate lead officer for safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee performance management and contract monitoring.
- Manage capital and revenue budgets.
- Ensure customer engagement and feedback systems are in place.
- Represent the Council at local, county, and sub-regional levels.
- Degree-level education in Housing or Management (or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing staff and services in supported housing.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Telecare systems, and housing governance.
- Experience in budget management, policy development, and partnership working.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
