Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: £32,188 to £35,593 per annum depending on experience

An exciting job opportunity has become available for a colleague to join us as a Supported Housing Officer within our Housing Management Team. You will be based at our scheme in Cornell Court which is a Later Life living service providing 24-hour support for people aged 55 and over.
We are an aspirational and forward-thinking team, responsible for delivering quality housing to our customers. As our customers are always at the heart of our service, we strive to deliver excellent services to the local community and work with our customers to enable them to maintain their independence and live well.
You will be providing frontline housing management for our vulnerable older customers.
You will be responsible for all housing management functions including carrying out health and safety checks, ensuring maintenance or repair work has been carried out, resolving neighbourly disputes or incidents of anti-social behaviour, and offering tenancy advice to our vulnerable customers or their support agencies.
You will be a hard-working individual who works well under pressure and is passionate about providing excellent customer service to our customers and other stakeholders.

- Housing Management experience working with vulnerable people
- Working knowledge of Health and safety requirements in relation to property management
- Proficient in using complex IT and housing systems, with ability to use MS Office applications and remote working technology.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately in various styles-including letters, newsletters, and witness statements-and proven experience in report writing.
- Proven ability to solve problems independently and creatively, with strong customer focus and confidence in managing challenging situations, while positively adapting to change and demonstrating empathy toward others.
