Supported Housing Officer Part Time

Hours: 15 to 18.5
Work pattern: 8.00am-8.00pm possible Wed 1/2 day, Thursday & Friday (7 ½ hours per day) on a rota basis.

Salary: £35,199 pro-rata per annum 2025/2026 Pay Award pending

The Gateway provides short-term supported accommodation for single people over 18 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The service aims to provide effective housing management to residents ensuring residents develop financial, life and tenancy skills, increase their resilience, independence and confidence to improve their life chances and build a foundation for life.

We need you to be:
Empathetic, positive, optimistic and solutions-focused in everything you do even in the face of challenges, and you will believe passionately in the social value derived from delivering outstanding services to Citizen customers and colleagues.

We would be really excited if you have:
• Experience of working with vulnerable adults in a community setting or supported housing.
• CIH Level 3 or willingness to undertake qualification.
