What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an end-to-end, customer-focused housing management service across a designated patch of sheltered housing properties; maintaining a strong presence within the community and fostering positive customer relationships to drive tenancy sustainment and estate standards, whilst ensuring compliance with Raven, legal, and regulatory standards.

What you'll achieve in the role:
The overall purpose of this role is to deliver an end-to-end, customer-focused housing management service across a designated patch of sheltered housing properties; maintaining a strong presence within the community and fostering positive customer relationships to drive tenancy sustainment and estate standards, whilst ensuring compliance with Raven, legal, and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct pre-tenancy assessments to confirm property suitability for new tenants and complete tenancy sign-ups.
- Provide tailored signposting to statutory agencies, charities, and other relevant support services to address individual needs.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure buildings and communal areas meet Raven's safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.
- Report and follow up on any repairs or maintenance issues to ensure swift resolution and maintain property standards
- Participate in multi-agency support plans, ensuring customers understand their commitments and are supported to achieve them.
For this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
- Proven experience of working in either a Housing or Care environment in a similar role.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, obligations, and relevant housing legislation.
- Understanding of safeguarding principles and experience working with vulnerable individuals and families.
- Experience carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements.
