Surveyor - Housing Health & Safety Rating System

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the Housing Service based within the Property Services Team.

We are seeking to recruit a HHSRS Surveyor as part of the Operations team to support the Operations Manager. To Monitor and manage HHSRS cases and proactively meet the legislative requirements along with housing disrepair claims.

South Cambridgeshire District Council currently operates four-day week working arrangements. A four day‑ week is when full-time staff work one less day per week (four days instead of five) but still get paid the same salary. The idea is that we get 100% of our work done, in about 80% of the time, for 100% of the pay.
