Role Overview
The Income Management & Financial Inclusion Team (IMFIT) is currently seeking to appoint a permanent Grade 7 Team Leader. In this position, you will provide leadership and supervision to a diverse group of staff members spanning Grades 3 to 6.
Main Responsibilities
- Play a key role within the wider team, focusing on reducing rent arrears and providing strong leadership to ensure the achievement of annual targets and objectives.
- Your primary base will be at the Solpro buildings in Attercliffe, with an expectation to work onsite at least 60% of the time. This requirement may increase, and you may also be asked to work from other venues as necessary.
- Develop expertise across all Team Leader disciplines within IMFIT.
- Utilise a variety of performance tools to drive improvements and innovation. Responsibilities include quality assurance, reviewing legal work, and ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation.
- Embrace change, demonstrate creativity and innovation, and manage time effectively to deliver daily operations. You will also support the Operations and Development Managers in planning and implementing continuous improvements across the team.
