Team Leader

Location - Leicester

Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Salary - £33,500.00 Per Annum

Are you an experienced Team Leader, looking to join at an exciting time of growth and be part of a brand new Leicester Service. If you are passionate about supporting vulnerable people and want to help us shape and create a great service for those who need us most, this could be the role for you!

Looking for an opportunity to use your skills, experience and commitment to transform the lives of highly vulnerable people

Highly experienced working with individuals facing homelessness and/or people struggling with mental-health, substance misuse, a history of offending and other complex needs

What you'll be doing

  • Leading, motivating and supporting a team of support professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
  • Providing day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance support, and reflective practice for team members.
  • Ensuring residents receive effective, strengths-based and trauma-informed support that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining oversight of safeguarding concerns, risk management, compliance, and service quality.
  • Managing a small caseload of residents with complex needs and supporting them on their journey towards greater independence.
  • Supporting tenancy sustainment through housing management, rent management, benefits advice, and move-on planning.
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory partners, and external agencies to maximise outcomes for residents.
  • Supporting contract performance and helping ensure service objectives and targets are achieved.
