We are recruiting a Technical Officer at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Office based / Home working / Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.
Team: Asset Maintenance and Repairs
This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £28,598 - £31,022 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Assets, Maintenance & Repairs section of Housing.
The role will be to provide accurate & timely technical support to managers. Effectively manage information, data and systems. Assist in recording the decarbonisation profiling of the housing stock. Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and key performance data in conjunction with the Performance and Asset Management Group.
The successful candidate will also be required to support in the preparation of reports; collect and support with collation of service information; support with collating KPI information. The duties are wide-ranging and can be viewed in full via the job description.

- A relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
- The ability to work to competing deadlines.
- Evidence of general technical administrative experience.
