We are recruiting a Technical Officer at Caerphilly County Borough Council.
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Fixed Term until 31/03/2027
Location: Working hours can be split between home and office depending on specific task requirements.
Team: Housing

- A HNC in Building Construction or equivalent qualification in the field of Building Construction and/or Quantity Surveying.
- Awareness of and ability to interpret all legislation applicable to the service area.
- Excellent communication skills both written and interpersonal.
- Full UK Category B (Cars) driving licence and the use of a motor vehicle insured for business / work purposes
