1 x full time fixed term post

A number of vacant posts have arisen within the Royal Borough of Greenwich's Temporary Accommodation Team and we are now looking for experienced and enthusiastic applicants to join the team.

Ideally you will be an experienced Housing Officer or someone who has the ability to learn quickly and work independently in dealing with rent collection, housing management, property inspections, tenancy sign-ups and identifying support for vulnerable tenants. Successful candidates will have a knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation, tenancy and property standard requirements. You will be working closely with other teams, agencies and landlords and will be expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with them and colleagues. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, have excellent customer care and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
