Job Overview:
To onboard and manage a portfolio of new properties. You will be responsible for maintaining communication and building relationships with landlords, managing agents and clients in order to assist The Housing Network in its mission to provide "more than a roof" and deliver 10,000 units of safe and inspiring accommodation.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Reporting to the Delivery manager, the role requires you to be responsible for handling the entire onboarding process when bringing on new properties. You will manage your own portfolio and will be required to organise and oversee the process from beginning to end to ensure our occupants are provided with a safe and compliant home.
The role also requires you to negotiate tenancy terms, draft tenancy agreements and organise property compliance inspections to ensure all properties meet company standards.
Other tasks may include assisting colleagues within the department.
You will be responsible for maintaining communication with landlords, managing agents and clients.

- Liaising with landlords, agents, clients, and other departments within the company
- Answering calls and managing high email levels
- Answering general queries from landlords and clients
- Negotiate tenancy terms
- Organising pre-tenancy inspections and managing the diaries of our field staff
- Assessing and occasionally organising compliance documents
- Coordinating key collections
- Making payments to landlord and contractors
- Data entry into excel spreadsheets and company systems
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by colleagues in the team and other departments

- Be knowledgeable and have a strong understanding of safety compliance within the private rental sector.
- Have a basic knowledge on the onboarding process within residential lettings.
- Have a lettings/ property management background.
- Have a good understanding of customer service.
