About The Service

Maternity cover. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed individual to join the Tenancy Management Team. The successful applicant will work proactively to ensure that tenants and leaseholders comply with their tenancy conditions or the terms of their lease, providing advice and guidance to tenants/leaseholders and where necessary taking enforcement action.

About the job

You will have experience of working within a housing related environment including enforcing tenancy/lease conditions via legal action. The use of new technology and experience of working with customers and visiting them in their own homes are also essential.

What We Are Looking For From You

You will have good communication and customer care skills and will be able to deal with disputes in a positive and constructive manner. You will work well in a team and be able to work on your own initiative

Additional information

This post is temporary until 5th January 2026 to cover the maternity leave of the substantive post-holder.

Requests may only be approved by the relevant Director/ Assistant Director/ Chief Officer or senior nominated officer graded no lower than OM2 or in the case of schools based staff the Headteacher / Governing Body.
