Tenancy Services Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated customer focused person to help deliver an efficient Tenancy service.

As a Tenancy Services Officer, you will be responsible for rent recovery, tenancy management and anti-social behaviour within a geographical patch. You will work with Support Services Officers within one of the area Tenancy and Support Services Teams.

Applicants must have good communication skills, be computer literate, with previous experience of housing management and a good understanding of Housing legislation.
