As a Housing Tenancy Support Officer, you'll work directly with tenants who need extra help, providing guidance, practical support and links to other services. You'll play a key role in preventing homelessness, tackling tenancy issues early, and helping tenants feel secure and supported in their homes. What will you be doing? What you will be doing You'll be responsible for providing support that helps tenants maintain successful, sustainable tenancies. Your work will include: <ul><li>Building positive relationships with tenants who need extra support.</li><li>Assessing needs and putting tailored support plans in place.</li><li>Helping tenants with budgeting, benefits and financial advice to reduce arrears and prevent crisis.</li><li>Working closely with support services, health professionals and community organisations to link tenants to the right help.</li><li>Supporting vulnerable tenants, including those facing domestic abuse, safeguarding issues or mental health challenges.</li><li>Helping tenants understand their rights and responsibilities, and tackling issues before they escalate.</li><li>Promoting independence, resilience and community connections.</li></ul>About you About you We are looking for people who are caring, proactive and passionate about making a difference.
