Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and making a difference in your community? Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to act as a vital link between tenants, contractors, and our in-house team.

In this role, you'll support residents through improvement works, damp and mould repairs, and essential safety checks. You'll ensure tenants are well-informed, address their concerns, and work closely with contractors to maintain high standards of service and communication.

We're looking for someone with:
  • Experience working with social housing tenants during improvement works
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to handle complaints with professionalism and care
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
