Join Our Team as a Tenant Liaison Officer
Location: West Midlands - Social Housing / Maintenance Division
Are you passionate about supporting communities and building strong tenant relationships? We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our team, helping ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and valued throughout essential maintenance and improvement works.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll be the key point of contact for tenants across our West Midlands sites. Your role will focus on delivering excellent communication, resolving concerns quickly, and ensuring a positive experience for all tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
• Establishing and managing the Tenant Liaison function across multiple sites.
• Attending regular meetings with tenants, site teams, and client representatives to maintain strong, transparent relationships.
• Providing a consistent, empathetic, and professional service to all tenants.
• Acting as the escalation point for tenant complaints and ensuring timely, effective resolution.
• Maintaining clear, accurate records and updates within our on-site systems and databases.
• Supporting tenants through planned and responsive maintenance programmes, ensuring clear communication at every stage.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone personable, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional tenant experience. You'll need:
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Resident Liaison Officer, or a similar customer-facing role within social housing or maintenance.
• Strong understanding of planned, responsive, internal, and external works.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
